Help me please :X

Does anyone know a good converter that would convert .sai files into JPEG atau something that could be uploaded on fanpop? I need to know, to upload it here!

I'm not sure if this works on a PC atau not, but it does on my Mac: anda can just rename the file and change .sai to whatever anda want (i.e. .jpg) and hit enter and it will ask anda if anda want to save it as .jpg(or whatever anda are changing it to) atau keep it in .sai(or whatever the original was).
