(Please don’t self-diagnose) I use this thing called “Box breathing” and it really helps. The thing is to practice it so anda can use it in a anxiety situation. Basically anda imagine a rectangle, atau look at something rectangle, that helps too. anda start at the bottom left corner and empty your lungs completely and quickly for 5 detik until anda ‘reach’ the puncak, atas left corner. Then anda inhale all the way (make sure anda when anda breathe your chest expands) till anda get to the puncak, atas right corner. Hold your breathe for another 5 detik until anda get to the bottom right corner, exhale. Repeat until anda feel a difference. Play a song in your head. Find something to mess w/ (I always twiddle pens and pencils and flip them over my finger) ‘Chair-pull ups’: when anda are sittin* down, feet on the floor, put your arms on the chair edge, and push yourself up. It helps some people. menyeberang, salib your writs over your chest and make kupu-kupu motions. (You look weird but it works) Draw. (Rubber Band, but also for other reasons) That’s some of the things I do.
