Quite a few times. A case like this happened just yesterday. I was on my Laptop, doing an assigment for University. I wanted to get some water and I got up but the damn cable had gotten all over my feet. It was pulled out before I could react. Quite a lot of triggering in this one. Also, a reminder that I should get a new battery for my Laptop !!!!
