Hallucinations are usually just tricks of the senses. anda might hear atau see something that isn't there. Delusions are ideas that are not true. Like how anda might have a delusion of being watched when anda really aren't atau anda have a delusional idea that anda can achieve something that is unachievable. Both of these can be caused oleh some mental disorders.
Basically a hallucination is something that is perceived through the senses. anda see something thats not there. anda hear something thats not there. anda feel/smell something thats not there.
A delusion is a belief that is not true. The God Complex is a delusion where anda believe anda are a god. atau maybe anda believe anda can fly. atau maybe anda believe that there is always something watching you... .... like a duck.
