When I was in school there was a kid in my class that berkata that she wanted to blow up the school what do anda think should have happened to her

anda sound as if anda wanted her to be dragged out and beaten up for just saying something anda don't understand atau agree with.
I was bullied every hari in school, so I probably berkata lots of things like "i hate this school, I wish I could kill every stupid bastard here" but does that mean I deserved to punished for being honest about my shitty school?
Try to see it from her perspective.

nothing, this kid was obviously not being serious, however an appropriate response would of just of been to watch her a bit more, making sure she was not troubled.

They should makes sure she's okay. Classmates can be real assholes. Punish the people making her feel that way, not her.

Private school, public school, whatever the hell school, there are going to be shitty people and if it's an American school, well--they have a bullshit grading system and only care about grades. Sounds like a Bitch. She's lucky that she's not involved in one of the schools that involved with bombing months ago, cuz she can get into real trouble and possibly arrested if she mentions that she want's to blow up the school in front of her teacher. there's has been students that's been arrested when they have no proof that they were involved with bombing. She needs to be careful of what she says and pay attention of her work. She can fix her hair at lunch time atau when class is over.

Nothing Really. I've had tons of kids who've had berkata the exact same thing but they weren't serious about it. I'm sure this was one of those things were she was bluffing about it because principals and the school's police will never let it happen.
