I need your help.

I got a restraining order against my uncle. and we went to court and they got a LAWYER FOR A RESTRAINING ORDER! And they asked for lebih time so we go back in october. And i dont know how to handle myself. I might break down yell punch, the daftar goes on. but him and the rest of his family are being jerks. I dont know how to handle myself in this situation! Can anda guys help me???? like some saran atau help atau something PLEASE. I havent been able to sleep atau do anything.Can anda please help me?

whatever happand between anda and your uncle is between anda and him and the court...just try relaxing for a few menit when anda feel overwhelmed find something to distract your thoughts on it and im sure your family is upset about this so that is probably why there akting the way they are (sorry if i wasnt much help)
