hey Guys..I need your help :/

I'm 13 years old and my weight is almost 57 kilograms but I'm tall..anyway,I have belly fat and man boobs..If anda see me you'll not know I'm fat unless I took my kemeja off..I always felt that I'm not confidence and all the other guys at my age are stronger and I'm the wimpy one..I don't get into fights at school cause I have good grades and I don't wanna get in trouble..so I need to lose weight this summer and get tougher..any suggestions?

anda probably don't need to lose weight, either, but if it makes anda self-conscious, I won't try to talk anda out of it. I don't know how to help you, but I'm sure you'll think of something!

Just remember, don't change who anda are because of what other people think!
