Oooo...good luck with your exam. Advil (ibuprofen) won't make anda sleepy, but it's a muscle relaxant and that may help. Staying hydrated is definitely important, as well as not leting yourself get too hungry while you're studying. Try taking a couple of menit to breathe deeply and totally relax. Picture yourself doing well on the exam. Hope anda feel better soon.
