Do anda think that our town is safe...?

Lets see... there is a bar right selanjutnya to our house, at the bar there are bar fights at that bar every single night with guns, rapists, drugs so i guess well say that they like to change it up once in a while! :(( should i be scared... oh and earlier today i was at the park with my friend and we saw two teenagers near the park smoking weed, then they went up to a guy walking down the jalan, street and asked him for drugs and he berkata he didnt have any on him, so they beat him up. we got scared and left... i think we should be concerned...
