Have anda done the 40hour famine?

I am just wondering whether I should do it.

The 40 jam femine is where anda don't eat for 40hours to tampil recongnition of those who are in need of food.

^ I'm a Muslim. In islam we already fast to feel them. So I don't need to do the 40hour thing atau whatever anda call it.
