3. what are the levels people keep talking about?

Okay well for relationship- anda build up relationships but talking,admiring, and there are other opions for marrige- Once your sims relationship is built up, anda can try romantic opions like kiss,ect anda can explore into that ;) and soon the marrige opion will apear! And Levels? Maybe they mean Levels in your job?
