there would be peace and will be an happier and better place but thats impossible cause i can't rule the world and some people don't like peace but if i did i will try to make sure that it's a very peace full place no lebih hatred towards other and no lebih war thats just about it.

Even if anda can rule the world, that's still impossible. As long as there's people, there will be hatred. anda can lessen the amount of hate, but there will never be "no lebih hatred".
I would resign my position. Because every decision has its consequence and every bad thing that happened would probably be my fault from my decisions, and people would blame me.
If I couldn't resign, I would make people stop fighting and be happy and bake kue, cookie on Saturdays!
I'd help Africa and Japan. Have all schools able to have musik programs atau better musik programs So that people would be less ignorant when it comes to music. I would also allow everyone to have freedom of speech (but there would be boudries) And i'd make gay marriage legal....
