should I lose weight? if so how much?

Ok so I'm 14 (15 in two weeks!) and I am 5'2 and 116 lbs. I really feel like I should lose some weight. How much do anda think I could lose? How would I go about losing it. What kind of exercises should I be doing?

Your weight is fine.....but also remeber muscle weighs a lot so if anda look smaller than what anda really weigh.....you probably should consider that anda have some muscle...

Your weight is fine. Don't even think about losing weight. I'm pretty sure 116 lbs is average for a 14 tahun old girl. One thing don't eat to much rongsokan, sampah food, anda know eat fruits and vegetables normally. Plus your still growing anda have to gain weight when anda growing, of course.. Just stay healthy. :)

No muscle makes anda weigh more...so if anda have some muscle.....then it's ok to weigh a little more....
