do i deserve a phone?

ok so i'm 13 almost 14 and my mom rly wants me to get a phone and my dad is like noo she would text all the time but i have the itouch and i dont text 2 much from it. also what do u think of the env3?

I think everyone should have a phone, it dosn't matter how old they are. If anda ever got lost atau kidnapped, anda would have no way to contact your parents if anda don't have a phone.
