no, ice is ice is ice. all ice becomes water, period. and btw, DO NOT DO THAT! u should know that dry ice can burn the skin off your hand. it is very dangerous. but it is okay if anda want to be a skeleton!

No, because it's not actually ice. I'm not sure but I think it's some kind of carbon compound? I could probably look it up but I can't really be bothered right now! xP
