Real atau Fake?

This is a picture of the worlds biggest dog.
but before any of u people start denying this, certain anjing can grow faster than almost any animal so this could be real.

I do know that some anjing can get pretty massive, but not like that. It's too proportional. anjing with that growth disorder grow out of proportion.
