Should I dye part of my hair blue?

So i'm getting my hair cut tomorrow, and i want to know if anda think i should get a blue streak in my hair. My sister keeps telling me to, but she's had berwarna merah muda, merah muda in her hair since she was like 12. so yeah, do anda think i should get blue? My best friend says it would look really cool.
