whether you chose to or not, one moment you're with friends, the next you're in egypt, or china, or america, and you don't know why this is happening.

you're a Jumper. you have the power to jump anywhere relative to your current position... many have died from this power, jumped too high, jumped into the ground... or being captured and dissected by [Blure]

well, you're not alone, there are others. Jumpers just like you, some have figured out their abilities, some haven't. i wonder about you though....

So, that's essentially the story. you're a 'Jumper', someone who can instantly teleport anywhere, but do know you can't abuse this power, there are obviously a few setbacks...

1: every Jumper has some sort of problem when jumping, be it headaches, stomach pains, or just your legs stop working after a few jumps(not permanent), every jumper has some sort of problem.

2: this is for ALL jumpers, you cannot jump when being electrified by more than 100 volts, it messes with the bio-electricity in your head that allows you to jump.

3: this power develops in humans at the age of 17, so you need to be 17 or above to have this power (you can be someone who is under 17, but they can't jump, it develops at around 10 months after the date of conception + 17 years later)

4: to be able to jump somewhere, you literally need to jump into the air with your feet, Jumpers when Jumping will take whatever they are touching with them. including other people,this means however they can't jump when touching something connected to the earth, since it 'grounds' them.

5: If you're a Blure Jumper, you've always got a kind of collar on your neck, so far it seems unremovable, it tracks your position and if they wanted, delivers a 120 volt shock.

6: ALL jumpers have something that makes them stand out, be it a thing in your eyes, bones growing out of your skin somewhere, horns on your head, 2 tongues. whatever. you have something.
