Majority of us Pokemon fans will know that IF Pikachu WANTS to evolve, Ash will happily obliged

No, I don't think Satoshi-kun would evolve Pikachu,I mean a love Raichu..but it's been so long from the Kanto,and now it's the Isshu region..I mean Satoshi kept Pikachu the way for so long between all the regions he's been to and everything he's been through with Pikachu I highly doubt the writers would make Pika evolve and I truthfully wouldn't want to see Pikachu evolve.
