Well, in their first movie appearance, Dialga seem to always have the upper hand. Palkia kept using Aura sphere which may be super affective but still misses. IT CAN STILL MISS...Aura sphere ISN'T suppose to able to miss. I notice that Palkis is the ONLY Pokemon who's Aura Sphere ALWAYS misses.
