I had the Japanese theme V (Volt) in my head, and the first two types listed are Dragon and Ghost, and I thought "A Dragon and Ghost type would be cool. There's already a Ghost and Dragon type which is Giratina."

Is there an already existing Electric/Poison-type? If not, I'm not sure a type combination like this one would look nice. I would, however, love to see another Dragon/Ghost-type. ^^
