Rayquaza is the strongest its attack and special attack are really really high and all the other stats are balanced. Plus rayquaza beated deoxis in the movie and then battled two of them at the end and he was still keeping up.

I would say it depends on how you train and battle with your pok'emon. But even if you have strong and buff or cute or magical or even a virus pok'emon. No matter what, if u know how to use Zoroa or Zoroark or Ditto CORRECTLY then it is the strongest. It is like combining all of the normal pokemon and all off the rare pokemon and all of the undescovered pokemon into one awesome pokemon.

and at one point i was evil and i beat the power rangers but then turned good wene i lost a battle with there red ranger this is there team. but for a whil i beat the red ranger bad many times
