When doing flashbacks why do they use the current generation animasi and not that seasons generations graphics

Cause they use whatever they think fits Pokemon best i am assuming. :3 Don't quote me on this though.

P.S. i cinta Serena and all the other girls from Pokemon. There all so adorable. Especially Serena. :3
