TONTO is the space-ship-like synthesizer that is showcased in Phantom of the Paradise.

The instrument is being celebrated next month at the National Music Centre in Calgary and I'm writing an article for Rolling Stone about the instrument's legacy, including its involvement in Phantom of the Paradise.

Does anyone on this site have any thoughts, input, fan-notes about TONTO that will contribute to my article?
