Shinosaki Mikoto is a shy 15 tahun old boy who passes his days in high school inside the same routine... that's until Fukasawa Yuki, the girl Shinosaki has a crush on, invites him to gabung to the bersepeda club. Accepting her invitation, Shinosaki decides to gabung an meets Fukasawa Yusuke, Yuki's older brother and leader of the club, and Terao, the club vicepresident. With this he enters into the bersepeda world and starts the journey that will lead him to realize his dream of becoming the Tour of France's champion.
