ohmigish I was on the oth page then it refreshed and I was like whoaa the banner and icon has just changed lol. What I don't get is who actually phyiscally changes it??? Sorry for dumb question.

the maker of this spot has the ability to change the spot icon and banner (the maker is just a fanpop user who first made that spot)... if the maker is unable to be reached atau contacted and it has not been changed in a long time users can contact the F4 ( which papa is one of them ) they are just the 4 guys who are the creaters of fanpop... hope this helps!
