Was it a plot flaw atau did I miss something?

Ok, the queen of hearts needed Jefferson to make a magic hat so she could retaliate against Regina.
If she needs the hat to go to the other reality, how did she steal Regina's father in the first place? I know it's just a show, but any ideas?

That confused me too. Jefferson had worked for Regina before but it seems like he had never taken her to Wonderland prior and yet she's obviously been there before. Maybe there's another way to get to Wonderland, perhaps down a rabbit hole?

The writers did say Wonderland would leave us with a lot of pertanyaan so maybe it was intentional? Not sure.
