He has never been one of my favorites. With Morrow Gibbs had a lot of respect for him. Then there was a lot of chemistry with Jenny and I liked her a lot. I was so sad when she died. With Vance? His character always pisses me off. LOL. Gibbs does not click with him and their is a major trust issue. Plus Vance has a really shady background.

I have actually grown to like Vance. I think he's a hard-ass but I think he works well with Gibbs. They're like oil and vinegar . They go together but don't really mix. Plus I don't think Gibbs and Vance's backgrounds are all that different and there is a mutual respect. Vance has for the most part been a good leader...now Sec Nav on the other hand...him I don't trust as far as I can throw him. There is definitely something very grimy about him.

I do NOT trust the Secretary of the Navy either! He always has an agenda. I don't know if I agree about Vance and Gibbs having the same background but I guess you are right about how they go together...but do not mix. That is a really good way of putting it.

I love Vance, always have, always will.

Well it's a long story my... thoughts of director.
I don't like the way Gibbs acts around Murrow, it's kind of boring to me and isn't very Gibbs like.
I don't mind Vance but sometimes the choices he makes makes me want to strangle him.
I am a Jenny fan so no OTHER FEMALE DIRECTOR!!!!!!
And I figure if I haven't liked the last two male directors very much what's the point of getting a new one.
So unless the director is Jenny, then NO THANKS!!!
However between you and me....
