Trying to settle a dispute between friends. Two are saying that Fluttershy is more feminine, but my other friend and I say that Rarity is the girliest. Which do you think?

Definitely Rarity.

Stereotypically...I mean when you see a girl on TV she's usually into fashion and all the stuff Rarity's into. Of course I can't say that Fluttershy isn't all "man" either. I don't know really, but when you want a fashionista character in an episode, it's Rarity. They're all girly in their own way, including our tomboyish characters, Applejack and Rainbow Dash. So, yeah, but if I had to choose the MOST girliets it would always be Rarity.

Rarity's pretty fashion forward, but in my opinion, Fluttershy is a little more feminine.

Rarity is the total, neat girly girl. Fluttershy is more delicate, a kind, animal-loving, sweet pony. They're both feminine, but in different ways. :)

As rarity says, she is a LADY! I don't think a lady-like personality is the same as a girly personality.

Yeeeeah, for sure. They're the two most "feminine," in my opinion, but I don't really see Fluttershy as deliberately acting in ways that are deemed "girly" nearly as much as Rarity does. She is exceedingly sweet and demure by nature, but I think that general girliness and related traits are really much more important to Rarity. And I agree with Fuzzykitten123's comment.

Tough choice. But, stererotype-wise, I say Rarity is definetely more feminine against Fluttershy. While Fluttershy can look feminine, she is just a shy animal lover. And such isn't really how I see one as "feminine." Rarity loves dresses and fashion and being, well, girly in that way. She claims she is a lady, which only makes me believe this concept more.

Okay this was a hard choice I chose Rarity because she is more girly with the make-up and the clothing stuff it's just fair that I chose Rarity

Rarity is more girly because she wears makeup, makes clothing, obssesses about beauty, and is classy. Fluttershy isn't girly she is just naive and shy which I love about her!

Rarity obsesses over her clothes, while Fluttershy doesnt. Both genders love animals equally, so being close to nature doesnt exactly mak Fluttershy a girly-girl. And any person- male or female- can be shy like Fluttershy is. So, yea, Raritys much more feminine.

Fluttershy cares for animals and doesn't mind getting dirty especially for her animal friends. While Rarity is downright afraid of dirt or dust of any kind. Being shy isn't the same as being girly by the way.

Fluttershy isn't NEARLY as girly as Rarity.

(Example) Fluttershy will get dirty without throwing a big fuss. SHE CARES FOR ANIMALS.

Even though Rarity can fight, she is kind-of like Peach in Super Princess Peach, if you know what I mean.

Definitely Rarity. Fluttershy isn't that girly. She looks, but not so much acts.

Even though I pick Rarity as the most girly, I think nobody is really girly. For example, a girl could have make up and have a dress on but after she's done with that, she could go hunting. So nobody's really girly. Even boys like rainbows and nature and stuff like that so you really shouldn't label people like that.

Obviously. Rarity is much more independent and aggressive than Fluttershy by contrast, which are considered masculine traits. Fluttershy is delicate, nurturing, and doesn't have a true aggressive or competitive bone in her body. You guys are picking Rarity JUST because she designs clothes? Really?

Rarity is the most girly because she's obsessed with appearances and fashion. She also hates getting dirty. Fluttershy doesn't mind getting dirty and she's into animals. Rarity also likes to make drama, which is something most girly- girls do. Fluttershy doesn't make drama. So, that is why Rarity is the girliest.

Rarity because
a) She CHOOSES to be girly. When it comes to Fluttershy, however, is girly unconciously, so it doesn't count as much
b) Fluttershy works with animals, which is "dirtier" job than designing clothes.
