	Dimentia44 picked Henry J. Waternoose III: Meh. I think Waternoose had a whole "man behind the monster" thing going on. The reason we remember Randall as the main villain is because he's the one who was going to do the actual physical work of hurting all those kids, so he's the one who scared us the most. But the thing is, Waternoose was the one giving him those orders. Randall flat out said that his big goal in the end was to get a high position in the company so monsters like Sulley would have to work for him- meaning he was looking for a promotion from Waternoose.
