The selanjutnya hari Michael was still pissed off from lastnight what happen with Tatiana but he couldn't be lebih pissed then ever. Michael cinta Tatiana soo much but she was a menggerutu, jalang for cheating on him. But Michael just put that aside for now he had to go to work so he put his clothes on for today. Michael went to work late it was 7:00 so he walk in and he berkata " sorry guys that I was late the bus was late" (everyone look at him crazy) Michael berkata " what get the hell to work" (everyone just did what he said) then they took a 5 mins break and went to work and then everybody left exself for Michael he just wanted to know why would Tatiana cheat on him like that??? What did he do to her? then Michael put that aside 2 and left and went home. Michael start to cry and fellsleep. Thinking about Taitana. To be Contuine.. Katherine Jackson tells TMZ she knows of NO evidence to support the conspiracy theory that people connected with the Michael Jackson Estate killed the singer.


A number of people, including LaToya Jackson, have suggested there was a conspiracy to kill Michael, and LaToya has berkata she believes Estate honchos were involved.

Katherine tells TMZ ... "It is only natural for people who loved Michael, including family members, to be suspicious about the circumstances surrounding Michael’s untimely death. So far I have not seen one shred of evidence that anyone associated with Michael’s estate conspired to kill him.

She continues, "If such evidence ever comes to my attention I will be the first to bring those facts to light. No one loved Michael lebih than I loved him, but no one should be falsely accused, as Michael was, of a crime they did not commit."

The mega-lawyer who successfully defended Michael Jackson in his molestation case is coming out swinging at Dr. Murray's defense team -- blaming MJ's death squarely on Murray because the singer was "not suicidal."


Thomas Mesereau went on MSNBC today -- and stated, "The defense lawyers have to do something and what they're gonna try and do is reflect attention away from their client and onto Michael Jackson."

He adds, "The reality is Michael Jackson was not suicidal, he was not self-destructive in the way they're trying to say, and hopefully their defense will not succeed."

For the record, Mesereau's "suicidal" statement is not accurate -- because according to our sources, the defense will argue that Michael MAY have accidentally killed himself after trying to self-administer Propofol ... but he was not suicidal.

Perhaps Mesereau's strongest komentar -- "I'm sorry that the defense is going to have to bash Michael Jackson to try and divert attention from their guilty client."

The prosecutor in the Michael Jackson manslaughter preliminary hearing -- which begins tomorrow -- will not call Michael's eldest son, Prince Michael, to testify about what he saw the hari his dad died ... sources tell TMZ.



Dr. Conrad Murray has berkata after administering CPR he ran downstairs and asked the chef to send up Prince Michael, who saw his dad's lifeless body lying in the bed.

In fact, we're told no one from MJ's family will be called to the stand during the prelim.

As TMZ first reported, prosecutors plan to call 30 witnesses during the 2-week prelim ... many of whom will be medical professionals offering opinions about the standard of care administered oleh Dr. Murray.

There will be no "star witness" in the prelim. Sources tell us the various witnesses will form building blocks, making the case that Dr. Murray acted recklessly oleh administering Propofol and other drugs to Jackson the hari he died.
