I think just once, because it might have been an "it just happened" sort of thing. But more than that? You'd start to lose faith in them, and forgiving them repeatedly would only hurt you more.

No I couldn't. You're supposed to love the person you're with and not want to hurt them, cheating is kinda like saying "I don't care about you, I don't love you" so it's kinda like the person who's cheated on you has said that they don't want to be with you.

Forgiving and being with the person are two TOTALLY different things. Its not healthy for anyone to hold a grudge..there's more to life. It would obviously take time for the wounds to heal but then when I'm ready I would forgive him and move on with my life. Every girl deserves a guy that would love and respect her enough to have the balls to go up to her and tell her that he either doesn't want to be with her anymore or that he's starting to like another person....

And everybody can keep defending it but in fact it's true! If you can't stick to your partner then you don't really love them no matter how many times you say, it was just a one time thing and it didn't mean anything :|!

Let me see the best example I can give is... I used to date this one guy and he cheated on me while we still were together just because I haven't called in a week... Yeah I had family trouble, it was hard to make it all :|... So he dumped me after he cheated and now he's with his new girlfriend and tries to get me back while he still is with her :O... So rude and uncomfortable, it shouldn't be that way!!

i think it's sorta ok if she only does it a few times and doesn't make it a habit. it would also sorta be ok if if she let me date someone else when she does.

It depends on the relationship. If were were just having fun, or even if I cared about them a good deal, I'd probably give them one second chance at the most. But if it was someone I loved, truly loved, I would never give them up, I'd keep them as much as I could and forgive them

Trust me been there done that... cheat on me and if I find out it's over FOR GOOD D:

I said once because people all make mistakes and they have to be given a chance to change but if they do it again I will not forgive them for then my trust will forever be broken. You come to realise it is a lost cause.
