XDRoseLuvsHP I only partially agree with this. In some cases, age really shouldn't matter. But there's a point. If a fourty-eight year old guy came out and requested to marry a six year old girl because he was in love with her, that is NOT acceptable. However, if it's just a small amount of years (well, at least as teens; when you get older the age difference becomes less and less significant) then it shouldn't matter. 14 and 17 is iffy. A 14 year old and a 17 year old could certainly be in love, and they shouldn't give it up. But they should be careful, because oftentimes, at least at this stage in life, people only want one thing. So don't give it up completely, just be careful about it. Also, I really can't stand how people (well, people meaning pre-teens/teens) think that it's so adorable if the boyfriend is a year or two older than the girlfriend, but they think it's weird and "just not right" if the girlfriend is a year or two older than the boyfriend. That really annoys me.
