What exactly does this mean?

My ex keeps sending me facebook messages. We broke up in March of this tahun and really haven't talked since. He's the one who broke up with me and at the time I was really hurt because I loved him and I thought he loved me too.

Now, however, I've moved on and nearly forgotten about him, especially since I'm going off to college and he's still in high school. But throughout the summer I've heard from him every now and then. I haven't answered any of his messages atau accepted his friend request because I don't want to talk to him, but it's not so much of a problem that I've had to block him.

Does this mean he still has feelings for me? Is he trying to win me back? Every message has been a desperate apology.
