Is Kate a candidate?

I've just finished watching 6x04 "The Substitute" and at the end of the episode where Locke (or rather black smoke in Locke's body) shows Sawyer the cave with all the names there was Jack, Sun, Jin, Hurley, Locke and Sawyer, but no Kate. Now I'm confused because why would she be on the island if she wasn't a candidate? And Jacob did come to her when she was a child so that means she MUST be a candidate. But yet her name wasn't on the wall. Please somebody explain!

Yes, she was. Watch the selanjutnya episode anda will see that she is number 51. Sense she's not one of the main numbers that means she is not one of the finale candidates. Which is why she was not mentioned on the cave wall.

Just watched the selanjutnya episode and I didn't see that she was number 51, but I'll take your word for it! Thanks! So I take it the main numbers are the "hatch" numbers?!

Yeah, anda have to pause and really look at the sundial to see it, here is a picture of it: link. And yes they are, 4- Locke, 8- Reyes, 15- Ford, 16- Jarrah-, 23- Sheppard, 42 Kwon ( Sun, Jin atau both). One of these will replace Jacob. :)

she was but then her name got crossed off dont ask me whyy becasue i have no idea but i think she will live to the end even though he rname isnt on there but since cun and her hussbie died they might possible but katie there in steddd i hope soo i cinta the bbad girl acted! lol but thats just what i think!
