good point. the first scene we saw of the afterlife (after seeing jack in the plane) was the island at the bottom. I don't know why it was at the bottom but it wasn't real. everything in the sideways world (limbo, afterlife) was fake. so like jack didn't have a son at all, just like locke berkata when he was in the hospital bed.

so the afterlife is like a life they would have liked to live? I still don't get it. I plan on re-watching the finale this weekend to see if I understand it more.
well yeah I guess that in the flash sideways, they created a place where they could be what they wish they could have been (Ben is a teacher...). But this place is also a way for them to remember who they used to be, to accept it so that they can pindah on all together (not necessarily to Heaven, but a better place where they can be happy 'cause they're all together! So, there's no need to feel sorry for Boone! He didn't find cinta with a girl, but he found a deeper cinta on the island, that is to say true friendship, brotherhood...). For example, Ben cannot forgive himself and what he's done to Locke, that's whay he doesn't enter the church, he's not ready to pindah on with the others. That's my theory =)
I have no idea. I thought that the whole thing was an alternate time line, it made so much lebih sense, then they told us they were dead, and I was like "No! I had it all figured out, and anda ruined it."
Well I don't think that the island is at the bottom of the ocean since Jack "saved" the light of the island, and prevented it from sinking. After that, Hugo and Ben became the protectors of the island until they died (we don't know when atau how...).Therefore, I doubt that the island sank What do anda think about this ?

Yes!! I think so too! The island at the bottom of the ocean is a possible way. But after Jack and Kate had killed MIB (in the body of Locke) and Jack "saved" the island, it didn't sink and\or wasn't distroyed.
