Yes! I'd cinta get the famous "L" letter. And it wouldn't be to weird. Non-Death Note fan could just think it stands for my real name as it also begins with L.

While I cinta L, and I wouldn't mind waking up to his face on my body every morning...Ouch! I can't stand the idea of needles, especially with ink on them. Plus, I don't think I would be happy with it a few months later.
