Why does, " Hoheo Taralna, Rondero Tarel" mean in Eglish?

What does,
"Hoheo Taralna, Rondero Tarel" mean in English? I've heard Alois say it a LOT of times ad I've heard Claude say his whole thing about what makes a Trancy butler but I still don't know what,
"Hoheo Taralna, Rondero Tarel. " means!

It doesn't really mean anything,it rather is a chant to call upon Claude.Do anda remember how that kid suggested Alois to call upon a faery? He also mentioned the chant to Alois, and although it is a chant for calling a mystical being on,it was rather a chant to call upon a demon, not a faery as the boy had said.

It means, "Oppose Taralha Rondeero Tarel". So apparently the last three words are a name. The first words is pretty obviously: meaning to be against someone. BTW this is in the Malagasy language.
