What does the Usami Company 'do' exactly?

Haruhiko went to Akihiko's publishers for work related stuffs, then he also sort of built the aquarium and chapel under the company name, and the father, Usagi-chichi atau whatever, he likes beruang wood carvings...=___=;;; So...what is the company? They do sell stuff, promote? What do they do!?

It's basically just like any other company. They do building structures(create)and also a separate part of the company (or consider it a another small company owned oleh the Usami family) is the place where editors work and all that..(don't know exacly what anda call those). but anda see it at the 2nd to last episode I beleive.
