Chapter 7

After a good cry, I feel a little better. I decide to take a shower. The feeling of warm water on my face and body calms my frazzled nerves and allows me to block out all the painful thoughts that have been running through my head. It feels good to not think for a little while.

The sound of my cell phone beeping on the bathroom countertop brings me back to reality. I shut the water off, take the towel from the rack, and membungkus, bungkus it around myself. Chapter 1.

The musik is blaring loudly as the presenters for the Best ciuman award approach the podium. I can feel my jantung beating faster as they begin to name the nominees for this category. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have won the award for three years in a row so I tell myself that my chances of winning the award with Josh are almost slim to none.

When they announce our names, I smile brightly for the cameras. Josh smiles at me and I pat his leg in response. I don’t know why I’m so nervous. After the Academy awards last year, I thought nothing could be lebih nerve-wracking. Yet...
