Why are Inuyasha's ears like dog ears and so fluffy!!

The rest of the demons ears are pointy but his are different,is it because hes a Hanyo(Half-breed)?

I think there like that because his dad was a full demon and If anda ever seen the episode when sesshomeru ( I don't know how to spell inuyashas brothers name ) goes to his fathers tomb the tampil a flASH back of their father and he has the same ears and I'm guessing inuyasha takes after his father :)

Well yep it's from his dog-demon heritage, Sesshomaru and the Taisho are full blood dog-demon, and their true form is that of a giant dog. So yep, doggies have fuzzy ears, can't be helped ^.^
