Even though he can't stand the idea of being with her in the end, the Red Queen. Never with the Hatter (neither struck me as gay/bi in the movie) and as for Alice... Nah! She'd never be interested in him - he's too creepy. Gorgeous, but creepy.

I think he only sucked up to the Red Queen, but never loved her, and I think you can also clearly see that in the end (where he also shows how little he wants to spend eternity with her.)
I didn't ever think there was a spark between him and Alice (apart from that one incredibly hilarious comment about largeness xD), but I thought that there was something to his history with the Mad Hatter - not neccesarily romantic, but just something unexplained. And as a slash-addict, I will explain that as sexual tension xD

White queen, but I also like the idea of him being paired with Alice.

I'm not so much into slash and no matter how much I like Johnny I don't find the Mad Hatter to be the least bit attractive, but he's a nice character. I won't deny that. The Red Queen is.. not an option because Stayne doesn't like her, maybe even hates her, and he probably would be repulsed by the very idea.
