Barbara Barnett's take on the Finale 

I really liked the part about House own split brain and him wanting to put down the right side of his brain because that would lead to showing his soft spots, his emotions and so come to terms with them.
And ICAM about Hugh Laurie's astonishing performance in the finale..boy he does deserve the Emmy! His struggling through detox last week and his expression half bemused and half shocked in the finale scene of BSN were just awesome. And I also liked Lisa Edelstein's performance very much, she's really doing a great job :-))

I highly recommend that those who are still sad and angry read this review. I'm starting to come around. Cuddy is there for House, both in his delusion and in reality. The delusion shows us that House loves her now more than ever. He sees her as the key to his happiness. Cuddy will be experiencing life without House for who knows how long. This is a recipe for an excellent Huddy-filled Season 6. We love this couple because of the complexity of their relationship; we really do have a lot to hang onto. It's just going to be a painfully long summer!
