Details on House‘s big March 7 episode from EW

By my calculation the March 7 epi should be 7/15.

Hugh has mentioned that by epi 15 House is seriously considering adopting Rachel, which for House is a HUGE HUGE thing, apart from the fact that he is a man in his late 40's early 50's, he is not the most family orientated man nor is he particularly interested in marriage or children.

Could that be the big HUDDY thing. Is he (House) getting ready to ask his lady to marry him?

It seems House is interested in Cuddy..enough to become "family oriented," not "Brady Bunch" crazy..but his little "team" on the home front. Rachel is a new "puzzle" for him to solve, and he can't resist. Maybe House+Cuddy+Rachel="Huddle," as in together.
Other theories: finally a Huddy vacation/road trip, or moving in to a new place.
