House was at home, playing his piano as he collected his thoughts about what could happen to him. Amber was still very present, even if she wasn’t visible all the time. There was a knock at the door.
Wilson: Do anda need help packing?
House: For what?
Wilson: You’re supposed to be going to the psych ward tomorrow.
House: Oh that. Yeah, I’m not going.
Wilson: What?
Wilson shut the door behind him, as House sat back down at his piano.
House: I heard about your devious yet flawed, plan.
Wilson: This is the best thing for you.
House: I will not be forced to do something I don’t need to do, in order to make anda feel less guilty in the future.
Wilson: House, you’re not making any sense—
House: I am not crazy.
Wilson: You’re hallucination seems to disagree.
House: Get out.
Wilson: House, don’t do this to your self.
House ignored Wilson’s plea, leaving him no other choice but to go. House stayed sitting at his piano, wanting to play but did not have the energy atau motivation to even try.

</I>Cuddy sat in her living room at home, and smiled as Rachel smiled at her. Then her thoughts ran to House, thinking about her feelings about him which they both had recently acted upon.</I>
Cuddy:Hey, baby girl.
Cuddy picked up Rachel and began to tear up.
Cuddy:I’ve really messed up this time, and I don’t know what to do.
Rachel gurgled, and clapped her hands together, her innocence and playfulness that should make Cuddy smile and forget her problems just reminded her of what she was losing.
Cuddy: Mommy is going to fix it. Yes she will.
Cuddy put Rachel back in her carrier, and picked up the phone.
Cuddy: Mom. I need anda to look after Rachel for a hari atau two. I’ve got a friend, a really close friend, who needs me.

House was lying on his sofa, in the dimly lit room as the moonlight cascaded and flowed over his piano and floor. There was a gentle, soft knock at the door.
House: What are anda doing here?
Cuddy: I just…I wanted to let anda know that I will always be here for you. Not just as your boss.
Cuddy looked pensive, as House stayed standing there.
House: I’m kind of expecting an apology from you, for going behind my back.
Cuddy: You’re not going to get one.
House: It was un-ethical.
Cuddy: I don’t care.
A smirk appeared on House's face. Cuddy’s eyes lit up, before House let her inside. Closing the door quietly behind her.
