No. We've already been told oleh TPTB that it definitely was not a hallucination. Also, House has no reason to hallucinate since he is not on Vicodin and hadn't taken the Vicodin before Cuddy arrived. Remember, it was still in his hand. OTOH, I can understand people being suspicious, DS et al cinta to screw with us. They're not now though.
