Their other relationships could never work because they were in love with each other , S9 was about them overcoming every problem together and them being more awesome & legendary because of one another . And then the writers decided to broke them up with a lame excuse ?! And what was the point of the episode Ted letting Go Robin. Robin hasn't been in love with Ted for A long time. And Ted told her right before the wedding he wasn't in love with her anymore and that she didn't love him she loved Barney. Barney and Robin were Perfact together. When Ted asked Robin to merry him she said no but when Barney asked her she said yes. Also I thought Tracy was the love of Teds life but now it turns out he still loved Robin.
