*Authors Note* I really hope that no one has written an artikel like this before so if so...I apologize ahead of time. :/ The first ever episodes of House i ever saw were "Under My Skin" and "Both Sides Now." They remain my favorit episodes and I've seen them lebih times than any other episode (I often lump them into 1 episode in my mind because I always watch them together).
When I first watched "Both Sides Now" the judul seemed obviously manifested in the idea of the patient. The guy's brain hemispheres are fighting so both sides....get it? Haha ha. It was obvious.
It has been so long that I figured most of anda will have forgotten about me completely... well, I'm not dead, as it happens. And I recently, after months, wrote this... It's intense and involves my usual ingredients: angst, friendship, drama and hopefully insight. I thought I'd post it here to notify all of anda that I'm still here, and not just those on the fanfic spot. It's really quite long, but it has a certain flow to it (I've heard... anda know me, I won't believe its good until someone says so) that makes it very easy to read. This follows House fresh out of Mayfield... the rest will...
anda may call him Gregory House, Dr. House, House, M.D, sexy as hell, atau simply House…or maybe anda just call him that jerk of a doctor on that tampil from Fox.Despite his drug addiction, blatant disregard for the well-being of his patients (or anyone else for that matter), and the, well, selfish, annoying...JERKY things he says and does... We cinta him.
Who knows why?
Maybe it's because we realize, like Dr. Cameron, that Gregory House needs cinta lebih than anyone. While he is the type of person anda can laugh at on T.V., if your life really was on the line and anda were treated like that, I think panic...
"House M.D.: The Jerk (#3.23)" (2007) Dr. Robert Chase: [while giving Nate mushrooms] Nate, how's the pain? Nate: Hey, it's Skippy, the semak, bush kangaroo! Dr. Robert Chase: Your head, Nate. We need to know how the pain is. Nate: What I got here is the opposite of pain. Dr. Allison Cameron: That means you're suffering from cluster headaches which means hopefully... [Nate looks at Cameron] Nate: [laughs] Man, you're hot! [turns to Chase] Nate: She's making me horny. Dr. Robert Chase: Deal with it. Nate: Hey, hey, hey, hey. anda can't get me stoned then not close the deal. Dr. Robert Chase: [under his breath]...
[Shot of squash court, two girls, best friends, playing against each other. After the game, shot of changing room, they are just about to leave.]
Anna (1st girl): I’ll see anda tomorrow. Give anda another thrashing.
Leah (2nd girl): Yeah, we’ll see about that! (laughs) Need a lift?
Anna: No, I’ll walk home.
Leah: OK. Bye
[Both girls leave at the same time. Leah gets in her car and drives off. Anna is walking in the same direction. Shot of her heart, beating normally. Shot of her walking. Another shot of her heart, now beating erratically. Shot of her vomiting, then collapsing.]
