Does anyone have a foto of an ID tag that says "Princeton Plainsboro Hospital" With anyone of the characters on them??

I am doing a project for school and one of my themes is House so I would like to have an ID tag to place in the photo.

(I'm in photography, in case anda were wondering :P )
