It would be a tie between Lockhart and Umbridge for me. All of the others actually knew what they were talking about.

Umbridge didn't teach them anything real or useful. Not only that but she tortured students with that quill of hers. Lockhart didn't know anything but at least he was nice.

Umbridge just didn't teach them anything, but what Lockhart tried to teach them was useless, so they were both equally tragic, I just happen to despise Umbridge.

Lockhart was a dope, but at least he was actually trying to teach, he was just terrible at it and obscured by his vanity. Umbridge was activley trying to hold them back.

She looks, acts, and speaks in that same voice like my maths teacher! It’s as though my maths teacher is Dolores Umbridge in disguise. My maths teacher is so horrible, and she treats us like a bunch of babies. I HATE her as much as I hate Umbridge. They are so similar. My maths teacher even gives that same look that Umbridge is giving in the picture.

as a person, umbridge is a lot worse. but as a teacher, at least she taught basic theory. lockhart didn't even do that.

I hate Dolores Umbridge, Because She is an Abusive and Racist Jerk, I'm neutral to Quirinus Quirrell, He maybe possessed by Lord Voldemort, But He can be Shy, Meek, Timid and Nervous, I'm also neutral to Gilderoy Lockhart, He maybe a Narcissistic, Foppish and Cocky Twit, But He can be Hilarious sometimes, I like Severus Snape, He is maybe a Gloomy, Stoic, Stern, Snarky, Sarcastic, Icy and Cold Person, But He does have a Heart of Gold at times, I like Mad-Eye Moody, Because He is a Badass, He reminds of John Silver from Treasure Planet and Doctor N. Gin from Crash Bandicoot, I love Remus Lupin, Because He is very Affable, Friendly and Kind-Hearted to Harry Potter and His Friends, Also He gave Harry Potter a nice bar of chocolate.
